Workshop not downloading mods

CK2 Workshop files not downloading? [Help] Hello, I seem to have a problem downloading mods from the workshop. They say that they are subscribed but do not show up in the menu nor the mod folder. I went and checked my settings and nothing should be preventing this download. I checked my download folder and it does say that they were downloaded

Maybe we can start uploading mods there, the thing is that they need DFUnity and not vanilla Daggerfall, but most mods for Oblivion and Skyrim need some source of external thing like script extenders and so forth. I dont have a solution yet, but for you, does the mod download as steam workshop civ 5 in your downloads in the steam library? Becuase everytime i unsubscribe and resubscribe, steam downloads the mods but they arent in the folder and dont appear. Anybody out there with a fix? EDIT: I think it is the new steam update.
